Definitions
  •  “Company” refers to Ape Cruisers Limited, a Ugandan-based tourist company.
  • “Client” refers to the person or entity booking a tour or service with the Company.
  •  “Tour” refers to any trip, excursion, or travel package offered by the Company.
Booking and Payment
  •  A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 30 days before tour commencement.
  •  Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
  • Cancellations or changes to bookings may incur fees or penalties.
Liability and Responsibility
  • The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during a tour, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  •  Clients are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during a tour.
Tour Details and Changes
  • Tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
Client Conduct
  •  Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during a tour.
  • The Company may terminate a client’s participation in a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.
Refunds and Cancellations
  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before tour commencement: 70% refund.
  • Cancellations received 14-29 days before tour commencement: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days before tour commencement: no refund.
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

Dispute Resolution

 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda.

Privacy Policy

The Company collects personal information from clients for the purpose of providing tour services and marketing. Clients consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
